An unavoidable choice between two alternatives.

They always return to the scene of the crime...

After 15 days off the bike yesterday was finally new helmet day. Greg C. was kind enough to ride at whatever pace and distance was comfortable for me. My ribs and shoulder were still very tender but it felt great to get some blood moving. Our route took us downtown, to the scene of the crash, the observatory for some introspection, the UNC-A trails, then back to West Asheville. Thanks for riding, Greg!
